Looking for a fun, FREE activity with the kids today? Join us at the Houston Symphony’s Sounds Like Fun! Series, held today at 11 am at Miller Outdoor Theater at Hermann Park at 100 Concert Drive. The centerpiece of the Houston Symphony's Education & Outreach program, Sounds like Fun! offers children an entertaining first encounter with classical music and lays the groundwork for further classical experiences. I just returned home from the concert that was hosted this morning (6/29) at CEPC (I-10 & Wirt-- air conditioned!) and my daughter loved loved loved it! They played Superman music, Jurrasic Park, Tango, etc. and she was dancing in her chair. This is a MUST see for all Houston families and it is FREE. Wow!
