There are about 20 calories in one Hershey's chocolate kiss without nuts. The fact that I just scarfed down at least 10 kisses made me laugh. After lunch, I think I'll grab another kiss and just not weigh myself tomorrow morning.

One of my associates has a dish of Hershey Kisses in her office. With this wonderful news, I think I shall pay her a visit this afternoon and indulge!
